What's Inside Your Report

Your free Copilot Rank Tracker report shows how your website appears across important Microsoft Copilot queries. See where your brand ranks, which questions drive visibility, which competitors are being recommended, and which pages are earning citations.
Your share of the answers Copilot gives when someone researches your category at work.
Whether your key pages are actually in Bing's index, which is the prerequisite for showing up in Copilot at all.
Searches where Copilot already points people to you.
Where a competitor gets named and you don't appear.
The brands Copilot reaches for in your category.
Whether your Copilot result is typical of you, or specific to Bing's coverage of your site.

What Is Copilot Rank Tracking?

Microsoft Copilot is the assistant built into Windows, the Edge browser and the Office apps. That placement matters more than the technology does. People reach for it during the workday, on a work machine, usually while researching something for their job. If you sell to businesses, a meaningful share of the people evaluating you are asking Copilot about your category without ever opening a search engine tab.

Copilot draws its web results from Bing’s index. That single fact has a very practical consequence: if Bing hasn’t crawled and indexed your pages, Copilot has nothing of yours to work with. Plenty of teams have solid Google coverage and patchy Bing coverage without realising it, because nobody’s been checking. It’s a fixable problem, but only once you know it exists.

Tracking Copilot means two things at once. Whether Copilot names you when someone asks about your category, and whether the underlying index has your pages at all.

How to Track Your Copilot Visibility

Add your domain

We look at your site as Bing sees it, which is not always the same as how Google sees it.

Choose your buyer's questions

Copilot skews toward work-related research, so the useful queries here tend to be practical and business-shaped.

We run them through Copilot

Recording whether you're named, and which competitors come up instead.

You get the report and an index check

Visibility on one side, Bing indexing on the other, so you know whether the problem is your content or your coverage.

What Marketing Teams Ask Before They Start Tracking Copilot

The questions people usually have before they try this out.
Are our pages even in Bing's index?
We check. This is the first thing to rule out, because no amount of content work will help if Copilot can’t retrieve your pages in the first place.
Who's Copilot recommending instead of us?
The report names them and shows how often each one comes up across your question set.
We optimise for Google. Does that carry over?
Partly, but not reliably. Bing and Google crawl and rank differently, and it’s common to find a site well covered by one and thinly covered by the other.
Can we track the questions our sales team hears?
Yes. Those are usually the best ones to use, since they’re the questions buyers ask right before a decision.
Can we track the questions our sales team hears?

Does the ranking hold steady?
It’s steadier than ChatGPT, but it still moves as Bing recrawls pages. Scheduled tracking catches the drift.

Got Doubts?

Quick answers to the most common questions about AI Search and Track My Visibility.

Is this actually free?

The first report is free and doesn’t need a card. Ongoing tracking comes with the paid plans.
Copilot’s web answers come from Bing’s index. If a page isn’t indexed there, Copilot can’t surface it, no matter how good the page is.
It’s the same lineage. Microsoft folded the older Bing Chat experience into Copilot, and it now runs across Windows, Edge and the Office apps rather than living on one page.
Less than it does for B2B. Copilot’s usage skews toward people working, so it’s most valuable if your buyers research on a work machine.
Bing Webmaster Tools is the starting point, and it’s free. Our report flags which pages are missing so you know what to submit.
Yes, add them and we’ll track them across the same questions.
Get the missing pages indexed first. It’s unglamorous, but for most sites it’s the biggest single unlock on this platform.
We’ll test top niche queries and send you the report.
